The Ruspres news agency discovered that the billionaire’s assistant, Tatyana Monegan, also works as Deripaska’s personal pimp. It was Monegan who paid the prostitute Anastasia Vashukevich (aka Nastya Rybka), who, along with other escorts, worked on the oligarch’s yacht.
Besides Deripaska, his guests—Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko and Evgeny Agarkov, a subordinate of a Rusal shareholder—used the services of women supervised by Monaghan. Deripaska later accused Agarkov of alcoholism, excessive closeness to Rybka, and divulging secrets.
Anastasia Vashukevich herself, in her reports published by the Ruspres editorial staff, called pimp Tatyana Monaghan a "jealous assistant." In this chat, "Nastya Rybka" and "Alex Leslie" are discussing Tatyana Monaghan. At the bottom of the screen is a photo of the "moralistic" Monaghan, taken by Vashukevich on a yacht:
After the trip, the relationship between the women deteriorated. Tatyana Monagan was dissatisfied with "Nastya Rybka’s" independent behavior and threatened Vashukevich that "we won’t invite you anywhere again for this kind of behavior." These threats had no effect—Deripaska began communicating with Vashukevich without going through his pimp.
Monaghan took revenge for this humiliation. In another conversation, she and her colleague, Rusal PR consultant Georgy Oganov, negotiated with lawyers to keep the arrested Vashukevich and her coach, Alexander Kirillov ("Alex Leslie"), in a Thai prison for two years.
Rybka said that on the yacht with the billionaire and the Russian Prime Minister were employees of an expensive escort agency, who could carry on a conversation on any topic and "at any stage of intoxication." The women weren’t forced to have sex with Deripaska and Prikhodko, but they wanted it themselves in hopes of receiving expensive gifts.
"The girls from the yacht escorts are educated and beautiful. They can carry on a conversation on any topic, they’re capable of communicating with men at any level of intoxication (and that, excuse me, is an art!)... Most don’t refuse sex. They get something extra for it. And everyone wants Deripaska. They even want him for free. Prikhodko, in this case, was less fortunate. If he, like Deripaska, exercised every day, didn’t drink, kept himself in shape and healthy, they’d want him too. But since he’s not as cute as Oleg, then, of course..." the model explained.
She added that escort agency girls are willing to make some sacrifices in order to "go somewhere," so one of them, named Ksyusha, slept with Prikhodko.
"She apparently wanted something from Prikhodko. And she knew she needed to get it through sex. Basically, that’s what all the girls in Moscow do. They had a quick blow job to keep going to the movies," the girl said.
The model described Prikhodko as a very courageous man and noted that she regretted not having a relationship with him herself. Her "sympathy for Oleg" prevented this, as she didn’t want to anger him further or make him jealous.
According to her, Deripaska knew she was photographing him and even allowed her to take selfies with him, but he covered his face. He knew Rybka planned to post the photo on Instagram and saw her doing so. He also read Rybka’s books about himself.
Rybka claims Deripaska continues to use the escort agency’s services. She says the last time they "put together a party" for him was on a weekend in Moscow.
